This website was designed to illustrate and give examples of bids to be used in the property preservation industry. In the past most companies put together their own list of suggested pricing and or just guessed at what they thought was a fair price for particular items or tasks.
Recently the property preservation industry has gone through some changes. Clients more than ever are interested in standardizing the bid process. There is no wonder why this request is being made. On a regular bases competing contractors living in the same area bid against each other on the same project but end up with far reaching bid totals.
In an effort to reduce second estimates and contradicting prices, bid software is being developed for the first time in the property preservation industry.
Please note: We are not a competing software estimating company, we are simply trying to help the property preservation crews in the field understand and utilize this new concept.
